  87. ConGen is shareware, not freeware, and payment is required if the user
  88. intends using it on a regular basis.

  90. Unregistered users are granted a license to use ConGen on 30 separate
  91. days. The unregistered program keeps track of usage for the user.

  93. The unregistered version of ConGen, and its associated files, may be
  94. freely copied and distributed on 3 conditions:

  96.   1) No file is deleted, added to or altered in any way.
  97.  
  98.   2) A maximum of $4US is charged for a copy, to cover postage & packing.

  100.   3) Any CDROM publisher wishing to distribute ConGen must first contact
  101.      the author.
